When choosing our name, we knew it had to capture the essence of our journey, the origin of our offerings, and our beliefs. This is how Southern Sun Life was born: Southern represents our meeting point; we are based in the Southern United States, and our products hail from the heart of South America—Ecuador. It is the bond that connects our current and future partners. The Sun is the natural element that shines for everyone; a vital energy that illuminates both hemispheres, symbolizing the visibility we give to our brand and the people behind it. Finally, Life reflects our belief that everything we offer is thanks to the life surrounding us—from the nature where our products grow to the authentic hands that transform them with passion, reflecting the dedication we put into our work.

Guided by this philosophy, we are proud to offer the award-winning Paccari Chocolate, internationally recognized for its purity and crafted with "Fino de Aroma" cacao, also known as "Arriba Nacional." With over 360 international awards, Paccari leads the industry with certifications including World Fair Trade, USDA Organic, BIO, Demeter Biodynamic, Kosher, Vegan, and Gluten-Free. This excellence extends to their single-origin coffee line, which upholds the same ethical and quality standards. Complementing this selection, we work with Huma Coffee Lab, a specialty roastery that collaborates with over 50 award-winning producers and whose team includes National Cupping Champions and experts ranked among the Top 20 cuppers in the world.
